Q: about casual

Hi!, I'd like listent to music with casual and I try with touch the CASUAL ,  but it repeats always the same song .. There is a problem ?

I suspect you mean shuffle rather than casual, and your device is on single track repeat. Try opening Settings from the main menu, then scroll down to the Repeat option, and click once or twice until you see Repeat - Off.
