What troubleshooting have you tried? First off, go to Settings>Battery and see what app is listed as using the highest percentage of your battery. You could have a process stuck that is trying to complete. How is you signal? Low signal will also cause a drain in battery. User troubleshooting steps include restart, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory; testing after each step. If you get all the way to restore to factory, make sure you have a current backup of the phone, and then after the restore, test before adding any additional content to the device. This can help rule out software issues.

Thanks but I already tried all those steps and yet still the problem continues
If you restored your phone to factory, and tested it without adding any additional content the phone and are still experiencing battery issues, then you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store, as there could be hardware issues with your phone. A restore to factory wipes everything off the phone and restores it to how it came from the factory, with the exception of the iOS. There really isn't anything much to be running at that point, so you should not experience any battery issues.
You did not report what was using the most battery percentage, so I'm not sure you tried everything I recommended, but you can see what Apple has to say.
