if the developer is unrecognized by Apple Computer you will need to use your own judgment to allow or deny this application access to your computer through the system and privacy panel.

Yes, you can click anywhere. If you have already downloaded the application, control - click on the installer and select open. You may be asked for your admin password.
although it is scientific based software to display images. To install this software need to write commands on terminal...I am doing step by step but in between struck!!
outside of the gatekeeper allowing (or denying) this it's not an apple product. However the developer saw fit to write this software is their decision, not Apples. If the problem is outside of OS X's implemented securities options then it's something you need to discuss with that developer. It does not matter if it's a scientific based company or someone who potentially walks you in front of a moving car in the hopes of catching a mythologic creature visible only to your smartphone camera. Contact the developer or see if they have a forum for additional help.
