My iphone 5S doesn't work anymore. I can't get the S/N to add it to my device on apple support.
I just have the imei : ****
The S/N is not present back the device.

If you do not know and cannot access your iPhone's serial number, you can certainly use the IMEI number instead if you need support from Apple.
However, note that this is a user-based support community, not Apple Support - so you are not talking to Apple here.
Anything that you post here is publicly viewable; you should not disclose your IMEI number (or any other personal information) here.
Instead, use one of the following methods to contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar reservation:

If you have made a backup using computer iTunes see below,
Mac:
iTunes > Preferences... > Devices > hover your mouse over your iPhone backup, a popup will show SN & IMEI number.
Windows:
iTunes > Edit > Preferences... > Devices > same as above.
