Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having issues with Parental Controls. I know how important it is to be able to access all websites on the computer as well. You might want to check out this article here about OS X Yosemite: Set up parental controls. Specifically:
Turn off parental controls

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Parental Controls.
Note: When you open Parental Controls preferences, if you see the message “There are no user accounts to manage,” see Add a managed user.

Click the lock icon
to unlock it, then enter an administrator name and password. -
Select the user, click the Action pop-up menu
, then choose Turn off Parental Controls.
These steps will allow you to check if the issue is resolved with turning off the controls completely.
