How to reverse my previous update made to my MAcBook Pro Yosemite OS X10.10.5

On July 16, 2016, I updated my adobe flash player. After that moment I had an ads appearing in my tool bar which named is Megabackup continually popup on my screen all the time. I tried to delete it but without success. My question is how to restore my system to the state it was before this updating? Thank you.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Before trying to restore to a previous time, try

It appears that you downloaded Flash from other than Adobe

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

and the download included adware

Thank you IIIaass.

So far, I tried and installed the antimalware malwarebytes and it was a great success.

In the coming days I will go through the other link you forwarded to me in order

to get an in-depth insight about how to protect my Mac against malicious software and send back my feedback about the matter .

It is very kind of you IIIaass . All the best.
