Q: restore of iphone 4

The problem is there is a backup of my iphone5. I have now replacement of iphone 4, but when i'd like to restore it doesn't show me the last backup I made on 17/7/16 with the iphone 5,

what should I do?

More than likely the problem is that the iOS on the iPhone 5 is newer than the iOS on the iPhone 4. The iPhone 4 can only run up to iOS 7.1.2, and cannot run the newest iOS the iPhone 5 can run. Because of that, you cannot restore the iPhone 4 to the backup of the iPhone 5. You cannot restore a newer iOS backup to a device that is not running an equal or newer iOS.

    Set iPhone up as new use same apple ID you can download apps you will not have to pay again .

    You can not restore a backup from a 5 to a 4.
