Find my phone off and still can't activate for new user

Hi,

I bought an Iphone 6s 64gb from a friend yesterday and immediatly restored it to use it for myself but now it ask me to enter the apple ID of my friend to activate it even tought "find my phone" was not activated on this device. The thing is that my friend can't access to his apple account since he can't access to his email account so he can't give me the logs.

I double check the IMEI on this website https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/ and it tell me that the activation lock is off and that the device is ready to be used by a new user.

Can you help me with that ? I can provide you the IMEI of the device

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.3

I follow this guide to restore the phone Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

After I restored it, it ask me to choose a language, then to install a sim card then to connect to my wifi. After that, a page appear saying "activate Iphone" and asking me to enter some logs.
