Q: Need iTunes help

Hi, I am having trouble connecting to iTunes/ apple store and am not sure why. I am connected to wifi, have service, and am typing in the correct password. I have logged in and out of my iCloud account because i read that might help, but so far nothing is working. I have the same issue on my Mac computer too. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong with my devices/ how to fix it?

    Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important being able to use the iTunes Store is to you! If I understand correctly, you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store on both your iPhone and Mac computer, even after trying to log out and back into your Apple ID, as well as making sure you were connected to Wi-Fi.
