Hi
The following steps may help:
Check that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both enabled on your iPhone:
Check that your Apple Watch and iPhone are connected:
Restart both your iPhone and your watch:
iPhone IOS is 9.3.2
The latest software is iOS 9.3.3. It may help to update your iPhone:
Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
OK. Now I am updating my iPhone to IOS 9.3.3. Will see. Thanks
Now I have another problem. After updating to iOS 9.3.3 time on iPhone is +1 hour from the local actual time. I am in Cairo, Egypt now.
Try following the steps here:
Get help with the date and time on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Done everything as described. Did not help. Time changed on Apple Watch to +1 hour after updating to WatchOS 2.2.2 and on iPhone 5S after updating to iOS 9.3.3. Somebody decided that in Cairo, Egypt time is +03:00 from UTC instead of +02:00 from UTC. đ
As the issue now also affects your iPhone, the following workaround will return you to having the correct time on both devices:
You may also wish to contact your cellular carrier and/or let Apple know that you are experiencing this issue with the automatic time setting in your region:
