Hi

The following steps may help:

Check that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both enabled on your iPhone:

  • iPhone: Settings > Bluetooth - on.
  • iPhone: Settings > Wi-Fi - on.

Check that your Apple Watch and iPhone are connected:

  • When viewing the time on your watch, swipe up on your watch face > swipe left / right to the Settings Glance > check that this states Connected and shows a green phone icon. Disable Airplane Mode if it is enabled.

Restart both your iPhone and your watch:

  • Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first;
    • To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off;
    • To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

As the issue now also affects your iPhone, the following workaround will return you to having the correct time on both devices:

  • On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Date & Time:
    • Set Automatically - turn off
    • Set the time manually to the correct local time (this option is only shown after turning off Set Automatically).
  • If your watch does not immediately reflect the change, next restart both devices:

You may also wish to contact your cellular carrier and/or let Apple know that you are experiencing this issue with the automatic time setting in your region:
