icloud for Windows 10 download?

When will there be a download for "icloud for Windows 10"?

icloud does not work with my MacBook Pro (it's too old at 5 years of age), so I need to use my windows PC to access my iPhone photos.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), purchased new in 2011

Windows 10 is in the recommended system requirements. See: System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support

Update your OS and iCloud will work. My computer is 8 years old and works fine with the newest OS.
