I am trying to use the Ken Burns effect on a clip in Final Cut Pro. Tutorials tell me to click on the CROP button after selecting my clip. I have done this many times and the Ken Burns button is supposed to come up. It does not. Can anyone help?

What version are you using? Click on the popup in the lower right of the viewer to select crop and post a screenshot of the viewer.
I am using Final Cut Version 10.2.3.
You've selected the clip in the browser. You can't apply transformations in the browser. They have to be applied to clips in the project timeline. Select the same clip in the project.
