Q: Numbers and Pages issue

I upgraded my phone and now I can't access pages or numbers.  Any help would be appreciated.?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.3

    For me is different, only Numbers is affected.

     

    After upgrading to the iOS 9.3.3, my Numbers seems not able to open my documents. It kept loading and selecting the file has no respond.

     

    I deleted Numbers and re-install from App Store, after which, my files stored in iCloud is also not showing in Numbers. Though I have enable iCloud.

     

    I logged in to My iCloud through Mac Book Air Safari, I am able to see and edit my Numbers files. But they are just not appearing on my iPhone 6S+. Pages and Keynote is okay and work with no issues.
