Apple TV (4th Gen) setup manually will not connect to wifi. "There was a problem connecting to the network. Check your settings and try again. (0)"

So I just got my Apple TV today, and I've been trying to set it up for 30 minutes now. I am setting it up "manually", so it asks me for my wifi password. My wifi name shows up and says there is a strong signal, but when I enter the password, I get an error saying "There was a problem connecting to the network. Check your settings and try again. (0)". What is this error and how do I fix it? I called the tech support for my wifi and there are not any issues (and any other devices connected are having no issues). I put my cell phone and laptop in the same spot as my apple tv and there are not any connectivity issues. Why is my Apple TV struggling and how do I get it to connect?

Please help,

Hopelessly Confused.
