Q: I did not authorize this purchase
I received an email stating that I bought a product via Itunes , but I did not authorize this payment . How do I fix the situation ?

That is a phishing email, it's not from iTunes - iTunes emails will be personalised (not 'dear email address'), and the link under the 'click here for refund' is not an Apple site
