Jul 22, 2016 12:09 AM in response to ashen29by ckuan,Nothing to look. You have to contact Apple for security reasons I've given.

Jul 22, 2016 12:27 AM in response to ashen29by Tom Wolsky,It was locked for security not because it's an Apple ID but because you repeatedly tried to unlock the iCloud account without the correct Apple ID. You have to contact Apple to answer the registered security questions to unlock the account.

Jul 22, 2016 1:14 AM in response to ashen29by ashen29,The reason why i have attached the printscrn was for u to read that apple has said it is not an apple id -i guess, it means not recognised by apple's server. look at the PrintScrn on top.

Jul 22, 2016 4:07 AM in response to ashen29by Tom Wolsky,TThe first screenshot indicates that the server doesn't recognize the Apple ID. If you click the Forgot Apple ID button be taken to where you can verify your Apple ID and set a new password.

Aug 1, 2016 7:13 AM in response to Tom Wolskyby ashen29,sorry. in short, apple is asking me to verify for an apple id which i never used. FYI, that ápple id' pops up when i try to update the apps, reset the phone, login to icloud, etc. when i click on Forgot ID and try to verify, then again, it tells me it is not an apple id. i just need a real solution. not a reminder of the formal how to use Forgot id option. sorry if i am confusing someone.

Aug 1, 2016 7:23 AM in response to ashen29by Tom Wolsky,You need to go to an Apple Store and verify the device and the ID. No one here can do anything for you.
