Q: if the phone is asking for its PW while it is not an apple id,  what should I do?

look, if apple has locked it for security reasons, then it has recognized it as an apple id. then, why would it tells me that it is not an apple id when i try to unlock it?

The reason why i have attached the printscrn was for u to read that apple has said it is not an apple id -i guess, it means not recognised by apple's server. look at the PrintScrn on top.

sorry. in short, apple is asking me to verify for an apple id which i never used. FYI, that ápple id' pops up when i try to update the apps, reset the phone, login to icloud,etc. when i click on Forgot ID and try to verify, then again, it tells me it is not an apple id. i just need a real solution. not a reminder of the formal how to use Forgot id option. sorry if i am confusing someone.
