Keynote 6.6.1
I am doing animation in Keynote 6.6.1. Can I replace an image and maintain its animated attributes? If not, I have to start all over. Which would be very time consuming.

Yes
How this is done depends on what you want to achieve and what objects are on the slide
options:
duplicate the slide, then change the attributes of the objects; color, position, size, if needed
add a new object then paste animations, the new animation will be added to the build order list
Thank you Gary,
One more question please. The quality of the keynote presentation suffers when exporting to Quicktime so I can import and edit in iMovie. Any better suggestions?
Thank you again Gary. I'm learning a lot from you! jds
