Q: strange pop up next to dock
The office has 5 Macs in total with various versions of OS X but the problem is between two new Macbook Pros and they are all signed in using one iCloud account. The problem is when someone is one the first Macbook Pro (mb1) and they get an email, a notification pops up next to the dock on the second Macbook pro (mb2). This also happens when mb1 accesses a website in Safari mb2 gets a chrome pop up next to the dock, it used to be a Safari pop up until they installed Chrome. When you click on the mail it opens Mac Mail new email window and when you click on the chrome pop up it opens the web page the user just opened on mb1
However, this is only one way and whenever mb2 gets an email or surfs the net mb1 does not get any notifications. An IT company set these up and I have no idea what they have done and could not find anything on the internet. Does anyone have an idea on how to stop the notifications appearing next to the dock on the second Macbook Pro?
PS they are on El Capitan and are the latest model

I think this is Handoff in action: OS X El Capitan: Pick up where you left off with Handoff
