Q: erase all content and settings I forgot my 4 digit passcode
I would like to sell my device and I want to erase all content and settings , it asked me a 6 digit passcode which i knew but then asked me a 4 digit passcode which i do not know or remember having it? What should I do ? or how can i find out what the 4 digit passcod is? Thank you

If you have forgotten a passcode, you will have to restore the device. See this support document for instructions. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
