Q: NO SOUNDS WORK ON MY IPHONE!!

I have an iphone 5s. I was coming back from a jog and my music was working when i had my earplugs in but now, nothing works. The music, games etc. Dont work. I dont know if sweat slipped into the speaker or something...but please help?!

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2
