Hallo.. yesterday I bought a Iphone 6 plus from ebay but now I see that the seller is not the owner of this phone because tis is locked with Icloud and I thinck he was fouded or he was stole it.
Can enyone to tell me how I reach the original owner of this phone?

Locate the IMEI on the back of the phone as explained here: Find the serial number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support
Then- if the phone shows which carrier is used in the top left corner (since it's locked with Find my iPhone, though, I'm not sure if it will show- you might have to just guess), give them a call and tell them your situation. If you provide the IMEI number they should be able to contact the owner.
File a claim with eBay and get your money back if the seller won't refund it willingly. You could just turn it over to the police, but then you'll be out what you spent.
Apple can't help you.
