ibooks app on ipad not working

I can't get my ibooks icons; Featured, Top Charts, NY Times, etc. in my ipad mini 3 to function. Nothing but blank screens. Running IOS 9.3.3 and ibooks 4.8. I've done a hard reset of my ipad but no success.

Any ideas on how to repair????

I did several reset of my ipad and it resovled the issue. The ibooks icons are functioning properly again.
