Bluetooth Speaker will not pair

I am running El Capitan and have been trying to pair the Taotronics speaker to my iMac, but it is not seeing it. This is strange because on my MacBook pro also running El Capitan I can pair the speaker to the laptop.

I have reset the pram among other suggested solution, but no pairing on the iMac.
