the serial number im put is not vaild. help

this is my serial No. DY*******FS4, what am I doing wrong.

Make sure you are using the correct serial number.

There are several ways to find it > Find the serial number for your Apple TV - Apple Support

Make sure you don't mix up O, 0 and Q. The Apple fonts are not the best for that.
