Q: my icloud did not make backup

The failure of the iPhone to make a backup can be for any number of reasons. Since I do not know where you are located and dates are addressed differently in different regions, I'll ask if you are referring to July 1, 2016 for the date? If so, has it completed a backup since then?

When you say you cannot access iCloud on the computer, what is happening, you cannot sign in, you cannot see particular content?
