In iTunes, since the latest update (July 21, 2016 vers. 12.4.2.4) My music is not in any sorted order. How can I sort by name or title? There are no view options to sort. It's just all a jumbled mess.
Also, I'm having trouble copying playlists from my computer to my iPhone 6Splus. The manual sync seems to be buried somewhere. I've connected the phone by wire to the computer. I've read articles and Googled. I've tried dragging playlists to the phone icon. No luck.
I recorded obscure arrangements our ensemble is singing as voice memos. These imported beautifully to the computer. I created a playlist on the computer. One appears as a song in the Music area. The others do not. Please help.
So I have 2 issues. 1) how to sort a jumbled mess of music (which before the update was nicely ordered alphabetically, and 2) how to copy playlists onto my iPhone 6S plus.
