Q: Video Camera sound I phone 5s is not function

Hi,

I buy iphone 5s on 05.07.2016. But the rear Camera video sound is not function. I already reset all content and setting but still not function. Can you hel me to solve my problem. Thank You.

If by "sound" you mean speaker, then try this:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

If, on the other hand, you mean microphone, then try this:
