We got the "ipad is disable connect to itunes button" I've trying EVERYTHING but nothing is working!!!!!!!

I did force restart and the apple shows up but that's as far as it goes nothing else shows up but the screen that says my ipad is still disable! Ived tried holding home button down then plugging it in, I've tried holding every button! HELP!!!!!! Thanks!
