I pause the downloading beta version of OS X Sierra beta version, next day i am not able to continue the process. Can some one help me on this.

Try this - boot the machine in Safe Mode and attempt the download again.
If you're not familiar with starting in Safe Mode, while in Finder click Help in the main menu bar and enter Safe Mode in the search field.
