Q: Help

iTunes publisher says by book is imported. What am I doing wrong because I cannot see it in iConnect? Please help me, I am super frustrated.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Well, I am new here, too, so I probably can't help much, but I am sure you should give us more details. What button did you push or what steps have you taken so far? A few more details will help the old-timer here solve your problem.

Hi George,

I Opened iTunes producer and filled out all the necessary information and attached the book that I created in iBooks author, then clicked submit. After a few attempts due to errors my book was uploaded to apple. And i haven't heard anything since and my book is not in the iBooks store. I googled and found that you can see the progress of the book in iTunes producer by clicking : window->Look up status and entering my vendor number, which I did and it says 'imported'. What happens next?
also I read on a forum that you should see the book in iTunes connect in 'my books' I only have 'my apps'. Have I missed something?

I believe you just have to wait. I have had the same experience as you: Uploading a book and then, nothing. It is not immediate, and it takes a while. Be patient. I've been waiting for 3-4 days now. There should be a note somewhere that will say about your book "Under review."
