Q: Apple Maps Application Icon is not show on CarPlay dashboard

Dear Apple Support Team,

I bought a new car because it comes with CarPlay. I expect to use CarPlay to help assist me several proposes. This include the Apple Maps. The CarPlay comes with the Honda Civic 2016 model, I have tried with my iPhone 6 from iOS 9.3 till I use the public beta version 10. But, the Apple Maps icon still not show on CarPlay dashboard.

Why I can't use the Maps? and How can have it operate on CarPlay dashboard screen? If some parts of the world cannot use it, when can we use it? and why it's so delay?
