Q: Phonebook download through bluetooth

My IPhone 6 running IOS 9.3.3 does not download the full phone book to my new 2017 Jaguar XF. I tried unpairing and resetting network settings and that didn't work. It seems to be selecting only a small set of numbers. Everything else works on the phone. Any help?

I see that your car stereo is not downloading the phone book for your iPhone. I know it's important to have all of those features working correctly, and I'm happy to help. Please follow the instructions in this article, testing the issue after every step. Be sure to contact Jaguar as well, to see if there is a firmware update available, as is suggested in the article.

I went to Jaguar today and the updated my car and the problem still happens. It is not an issue with IOS 9.2 or BB. The dealership had no issue pairing these two devices. It seems to be related to IOS 9.3. Any other suggestions?
