I see that your car stereo is not downloading the phone book for your iPhone. I know it's important to have all of those features working correctly, and I'm happy to help. Please follow the instructions in this article, testing the issue after every step. Be sure to contact Jaguar as well, to see if there is a firmware update available, as is suggested in the article.

Aug 31, 2016 11:48 AM in response to darren.sby nickeng,I went to Jaguar today and the updated my car and the problem still happens. It is not an issue with IOS 9.2 or BB. The dealership had no issue pairing these two devices. It seems to be related to IOS 9.3. Any other suggestions?
