Hi..just want to know how can I know a person or a Company that claims they are using GSX account as from what I see there are so many scammers using GSX to scam people.
what does the header info say about who sent it?
is "possibly" Apple.com, but you should verify by reviewing the header info in the email.
is defiantly not Apple.com
If in doubt contact apple

Unfortunately, we do now know if/what Apple may or may not do. We are all users like yourself. All you can do is report it.
So I can just email to gsx_notification@apple.com to confirm if these people genuinely have a GSX?
OK. You need to understand "what" a GSX account actually is.
Global Services eXchange is a "system" for a "company" who are enrolled in Apple's Self Servicing Account (SSA) program and Apple Authorized Service Provider program. It is a "supply chain" tool to manage getting parts, etc.
The consumer should have no interest in GSX.
In your case, the email address you provided is NOT an Apple email address ( as Jimmy pointed out ) - so there is nothing to search for.
Let's do some easy detective work...
