YEs I have acct. setup on ipad and iphone. Will it work with Outlook 2016?
Yes. Moreover, I use iCloud for Windows with Outlook 2016 and it works perfectly
How did you get Outlook 2016 to work after MS updated build?
I didn't have to do anything. I just enabled Mail on iCloud Control Panel and no Outlook update broke that.
