Q: Apple Music Playlists Keep Disappearing From My Phone

1) I added "Apple's A-List: Hip-Hop" playlist to my music & clicked the download from cloud icon.

More than half of tracks didnt download.

2) Some tracks that I downloaded for offline listenening disappeared from a playlist I added them to.

3) I had 600 odd tracks to my music available offline & half of them disappeared from the playlist & when I search for them they are available offline but dont show up in my music.

I have tried the following:

1) Switching the phone off-on

2) Loggin out-in the apple music

3) Turning icloud library off-on

4) Erased iphone & started from scratch

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.3

    Hello nishantnc,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that you are not able to download all the music you select for offline use from Apple Music. Along with not being able to see the downloaded music in your playlists. I love listening to my music too! Please note, that if you sign out of the iTunes and App Store or Apple Music, the offline music will be removed from your device and you will need to download it again. This article has some great information about how to download music for offline use and also about how to view it:

Add music from the Apple Music catalog to your library on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC

When you view an item that you've downloaded to your device, you'll see an offline icon offline indicator near it, but its exact location varies. For example:

    • If you download an entire album or playlist, the offline icon appears when you're looking at the album or playlist in My Music. You'll also see an offline icon when you view a compilation, but not when you view specific genres, artists, or composers.
    • If you download a song, the offline icon appears to the right of each song title.
    • If you download songs from an album, but not the entire album, the offline icon appears to the right of just the songs that you downloaded.

    Best Regards
