Q: Very Less Battery Life - MacBook Air 2015

Hello Apple Community,

I recently bought a new Macbook Air for which the commercial claim to have 12 hour battery life. However, I am not able to understand why even on 100 % charge my Mac shows only 8 Hours of available battery life.

This situation is occurring when the Battery condition is normal and no application is listed under - Apps that use significant energy.

Please help me in understanding if this is a generic problem or should I get in touch with Apple Customer Support.

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), Bought in May 2016
