Update iOs 9.3.3 hat iPad total stillgelegt

Habe eben das neueste iPad Update aufgespielt. Es blockiert bei "Update überprüfen", was stundenlang dauert und keine weitere Aktion mehr zulässt, auch nicht über iTunes. Was ist da los?
