Family Sharing - Ask to buy

Hi,

1) Anyone knows if Ask To Buy can be for only purchase of cost? Free purchases should be allowed always. but I want to be asked when it's not free....

Another thing:
2) I can only find the items asked for when my phone is not idle and I can swipe into the confirming place.... Where do I find the purchase waiting for confirm?

3) I was thinking of exchanging my iPhone 5s with my 2nd daughter's iPhone 4s for a few month as she has got the Pokemon fewer and I have not 🙂

BUT - can I have my 2 daughters iPhone 5 set up to familysharing and confirm purchases on an iPhone 4s (I just found out it has iOS9.3.3 - so I guess it should be possible)?

4) Can u use a Computer as the family manager? Instead of the phone for accepting purchases I mean...

Ok - not the answer I was hoping for, but I read all the information again and did find the answer for number 2 I think.

So for reassuring the answers are probably: (? means I'm not sure it's the right answer and confirming/denying would help)
1) No - Ask To Buy is for both Free and Costs?
2) GoTo your App Store App -> Updates (lower right corner) -> Choose Purchased (on Top) -> Choose your Child -> Approve/Decline waiting downloads before 24hrs
3) Didn't see anything that could get in the way of using iPhone 4s as the Manager for 2 iPhone 5's as long they have iOS8+ ?
4) No - unless you have a MAC, and I don't ?
