Stop re-loading pages in Safari on iPhone

HI,


Anybody please help me to know how to stop re-loading page in Safari on iPhone once it is close. I dont want Safari to open / load previously used web / address when ever time I launch Safari on Iphone. And also let me know if theres any option to set a page as Homepage.

It is not about clearing history and restarting the device. I've already tried it. Again same gets repeated. What I asked is how to stop re-loading previously used web. Everytime clearing history and restarting device is not the solution right? Otherwise just tell me when I launch Safari, I should get an empty tab. How to get that?


And moreover I asked the option how to set a page as Homepage not as Homescreen. Kindly read the question throughly before giving a reply for granted.
