Q: How can I make my iPod Nano (7th gen) play albums in correct order?

I just bought a new Ipod Nano (7th gen) and synced my entire libary.

Now I want to listen to an album but it seems like this system is incapable of sorting the tracks by number.

Some are in the right order while others aren´t and when listening to an album, this is really the most

annoying thing I´ve ever had with any mp3-player.

I looked for a possible system behind this and all I could find was, that in stead of the title number the

tracks are sorted by adding date. Is there a way to fix it?

Also, a way to contact the support directly without having to CALL them???

Sorry but with a system i had to pay 150€ for, this definetly shouldn´t happen...

See Grouping tracks into albums for a general background. Typically albums play in the wrong order when disc numbers or sort metadata is set inconsistently. Playlists in iTunes may also be set to play in a different order from that displayed which can sometimes lead to confusion. Album by Artist ascending is usually the most sensible order, and can be copied to the play order by right-clicking on the playlist name in the side bar once you have set it up.
