Q: Ipod Nano 5th generation in Apple Universal Dock will not play through my amplifier??

iPod Nano 5th Gen plays music through dock into a table top Bose radio but will not play through my Harman/Kardon amplifier. It is plugged into the Aux inputs where a CD player or Cassette player or reel-to-reel tape player all work fine. What could the problem be?

Something on selecting your input on the amplifier.

The problem was apparently the need to disable the feature "Enable Disk Drive." I did that as a part of completely Restoring the iPod and everything is now playing perfectly. The Universal Dock User Manual says to disable the disk drive.
