Q: Which way do I install my sim card?
Can someone tell me which way to install my sim card? I accidentally dropped my old one before I could see which side is supposed to face up. Also, what is a sim card? Thank you

A SIM card is what connects your phone to the cellular carrier's network. That contains information about your account on their network.
The SIM will only install one way without being forced. See this support document. Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
While that does concentrate on removal, it will show you what you need to do.
