ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on Macbook Pro OS X Yosemite

Hello. Today I would like to talk about an error that has been on my laptop for almost 2 months now.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on a Macbook Pro, OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.

I have tried everything, changing my DNS, clearing my caches, clearing my malware and VSearch, etc. I really need someone to tell me how to fix this as, I have a lot of things to download for my laptop. Please help me! Thank you so much for reading. Have a nice day 😀 Please help meeee. 😟

What are you doing on the Mac?

Does this happen when yo are connected to another network?

Can yo connect in Recovery mode? There is a browser in Recovery

- If it is repairable reinstall the OSX

- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.

Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX
