    Hey Nishya12,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities!

From what I'm reading, it appears your iPhone 5s on iOS 9.3.3 isn't holding onto your text/iMessages. I like to keep track of those conversations myself so I'll be glad to help.

Since you used the link at the bottom of Use Messages with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to get more help, I'll assume you've check the settings for Messages on your iPhone. If you haven't, click the link and double-check that everything's set up correctly.

iMessages is part of the iOS on your iPhone, so having it behaving like you've described hints at a problem with the installation.

Back up your iOS device --Installing a fresh, clean copy of the iOS on your iPhone is what's called for here. Since this process will erase everything, I highly recommend making sure your personal data is safe and secure first by backing it up.

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iOS device -- To install a new copy of the iOS, your iPhone will need to be erased completely and that can only be done through iTunes on a computer. Using the settings on your iPhone only removes your personal information.

Once your iPhone restarts, you'll set up your phone as a new iPhone this time around. You can log yourself back into iTunes & App Store and iCloud if you'd like. At this point, activate iMessages again and see if it keeps your message(s) after it's sent. If it does, on to the next step.

Restore your iOS device from a backup -- Now you're ready to move your personal information back to your iPhone. Just follow the steps in this article.

Take care and have a good day!

Sorry to hear that your iPhone's been stuck on the Apple logo, Nishya12.

We have a couple of steps to try to get your iPhone working again. Try holding the sleep/wake (power) button until your iPhone turns off. If you're able to do that, then turn your phone on again. Connect it to your computer with iTunes up and see if iTunes recognizes your phone so you can restore it to factory settings.

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- If you were able to restart your phone but iTunes doesn't see your iPhone needs help, disconnect the phone from the lighting cable, hold both the sleep/wake (power) and home buttons until it shuts off again, release the sleep/wake when the phone turns back on but don't let go of the home button. Connect your phone to the lighting cable again and release the home button once iTunes recognizes your phone and follow the instructions in the article just shared.

If your iPhone 5s isn't being seen by iTunes, you need to have your phone evaluated for service. You can locate the nearest Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider using the following link: Find Locations

    Hope that helps!
