Home screen sync
Is it possible to sync the home screen 'set up' on both my iPhone and iPad so they look the same? If so, how do I do it.

The only way to make the two look alike is to either manually change the iPad screen to look like the iPhone screen, or to back up the iPhone to iCloud or iTunes, erase the iPad, and then restore the iPad using the iPhone backup.
