Q: I opened a numbers spreadsheet in iCloud called xxx1.numbers.  I made some alterations to it and renamed it xxx2.number.  Then i saved it to iCloud. now i want to see a copy of xxx1.numbers. How can i do this?

    Open the document xxx2.numbers, in Pages, go to File>Revert to>Browse all versions. There you might be able to view a copy of xxx1.numbers, however, remember to click cancel when exiting the mode or else xxx2.numbers will be reverted to xxx1.numbers. If you want a copy of xxx1.numbers. Make a duplicate of xxx2.numbers and revert the original back to xxx1.numbers. You might not be able to view older copies if the file has not been opened for a long time and the backup snapshots have been erased. However, if you have backup it up to a backup disk, you can also view it there.
