It could be the port on the phone itself that is damaged or dirty, you could try to clean it if there is visible debris, the best option would be to send it to Apple for review as self cleaning can cause further damage.

    Hi,

From what I understand, you have recently had charging issues with your iPhone 4S, and now it won't work at all. I'd be curious to know how it doesn't work exactly : does the screen stay black? Does it turn white or blue? Does it display an Apple logo then turn off again?

Either way : have you tried force restarting it (see Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support)? Have you tried force restarting it while it was plugged into power, then wait for a whole hour to make sure it had enough time to charge before you attempt to turn it on again?

Check for dirt in the charging port. Pocket lint can prevent the dock connector from actually allowing the charger to work. But you need tone careful if trying to remove it.

No, if I try to turn it on the screen is off , it does not turn on because the battery is low . I tried to attack the electrical outlet for at least one hour but no power. ; (

If you already troubleshooted the issue, the next step is to have a certified technician look at it.
