I was unable to get a link to download Safari browser for Windows.
Apple no longer provides support for Safari under Windows.

That is because one does not exist. Apple has not supported a version of Safari for Windows in some time. You need to use an alternative browser if you do not like what Windows has provided.
There is no version of Safari for Windows 10.
Safari for Windows was discontinued several years ago.
While you can install Safari 5 for Windows on Windows 10 and it will run, it's highly recommended to not do so, since it's not updated and may have many unresolved security issues. Apple no longer offers it for download and any downloads you find in other websites may be loaded with malware.
