What troubleshooting have you tried? I'm not sure what "is expand runs extremely slow". User troubleshooting steps include restart, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory; testing after each step.

What model iPad is it, and which version of iOS?
Which app causes it to reboot?
Have you tried force quitting any apps that are running? Then do a reboot.
