older ipod nano will no longer sync movies?

I have the nano with the video camera. I used to be able to snyc and watch movies from my iTunes library.

Now it does not do that anymore. I just got a new computer with windows 10 and don't know why it won't play or snyc these movies anymore. It used to just fine. It was great on airplanes. I need help...
